Radnor, Pennsylvania. November 30th, 2007 - With the support of their colleagues at MVP Capital Partners, Jay Weber and Charlotte Arnold are pleased to announce the launch of Laurel Capital Partners. Laurel is an emerging private equity firm focused on growth equity and buyout investments in reasonably-valued smaller companies with platform potential. The Firm will focus on profitable specialty manufacturing and service businesses located in the eastern half of the United States with enterprise values up to $50 million, a large, attractive and fragmented segment of the M&A market.
