Laurel will focus on reasonably-valued, profitable, smaller businesses - those with revenues of between $5 and $50 million and EBITDA of up to $5 million. With a material investment of both human and financial capital, the Firm will stand side by side with its Limited Partners.

Within these parameters, and through a material capital commitment to every transaction from the General Partner, Laurel will target companies with platform potential - unique assets and capabilities that, when combined with capital as well as outside expertise, make accelerated growth possible.
